About 100 hours of gameplay in one hour. Fallout 4 is an open world game with certain mechanisms for exploring the game. You won't be able to explore everything unless you spend at least 300 hours.

You don't need to have a lot of money, reach more than 50 perks/levels, or unlimited materials. It's a rather difficult game if you don't upgrade certain perks continuously. The game slows down after level 30, and stops more or less after 55-60 levels, even though you can play longer.
