Hi everyone,
I welcome you to Part 1 of my "New Port Royal" project. I like historical buildings/settlements and i´m proud to show you my new creation.
After seeing the mod "Port Royal" by Ethreon i want to realize a harbor scene, dated in the 17th/18th century. (Have not seen something like this on Fallout 4 so far)

Part 1 contains, the harbor/docks and the town. The town has 14 different houses (Tavern, Marketplace...). Everything can be reach from every point, there are no dead ends)

PLEASE NOTE: If you want to see the whole complexity of this settlement you have to watch the vid till end. It is worth it. Thx
