In this quick video, we move in on the next target, and start to see Sinjin's gang. This battle will take a little strategy unless you have a Fatman and a few mini nukes. Without the Fatman, be wary of a few Sinjin's gang flanking you from behind while your fire is focused on Smiling Kate.
Side note: I was using a .38 caliber automatic weapon here. At this point in the game, the .38 weapons do not do as much damage. Additionally, if you have all 4 perks into automatic weapons, they will be more useful.
