Fallout 76 - RNG 2: Better Luck Next Time

Rules of the playthrough:
- Only perk card pack cards can be used. Perks picked during special rank up must be scrapped.
- Legendary perks will be decided randomly.
- No Crafting unless quest required. Modding of weapons and armor is allowed.
- Guaranteed quest rewards (weapons and armor) can’t be used.
- Can't take items from other players.
- Can't spend caps. Selling is allowed.
- Gold can only be used for lunchboxes. Legendary scrip must be spent on weapons/armor, not modules.
