There's a reason .ini files exist. For the love of God PLEASE use them. (I use FCO in my saves but I highly recommend not using it especially with the "Glowing One" feature enabled as it can cause heavy stutters in certain parts of the map and file bloat, just use Redesigned instead for character/NPC overhauls.
