Okay, so here's what happened.

I read online that Yes Man is one of the very few characters you cannot kill in this game. He is vital to the final quest and if you destroy him, supposedly he respawns by transferring his AI into another Securitron body. Well, I thought I'd test this theory to see just how it would happen. I killed Yes Man in Benny's hidden workshop, and then left to kill Mr. House. When I returned, I expected to perhaps see a new Securitron standing there with Yes Man's face, but instead, Yes Man's face was simply put back onto the dead Securitron's body. I was unable to talk to him. I could only search him as you would any other dead body.

This was a game-ruining glitch. Of course, loading a previous save and NOT killing Yes Man gets around that, but as far as being unable to finish the game with Yes Man dead, well... in this case, I was stuck.

In addition to that major glitch were also a few minor glitches, such as Yes Man's body getting stuck in the door. There's also a part where I am headed out of the Tops casino but hear a bunch of "fluttering" and "shifting" types of noises in the ceiling. It's not quite as obvious in this video with the increased speed and music overlay, but it's there.
