So its important to remember that the Death claws enter VIA the Vault door and move room by room from there, they change floors by destroying the floor by the elevator and dropping down to the next level, make sure the rooms around the Vault door are full of Dwellers, the higher level the better and that they are all armed with Weapons, keep a high amount of Stim packs available at all times because you can be attacked at random and you do not know when it is coming, make sure to stay on top of stim packing and healing your dwellers during the fight to make sure none of them die, these attacks begin at Dweller Population of 60 and when you unlock the Nuclear Reactor so try be prepared by then, hope you find this useful my friends.

This Tutorial is especially useful for the Mission you get during the game.
