If you give mr Crowley all the keys from the people he asks you to terminate, he will attempt to travel all the way across the map to ft Constantine. If you just use wait, he will make it and show up with his new fancy power armor. If you follow him, he rarely makes it to the facility especially at higher levels.

I’m using “bleed less” which is a higher damage value mod, so he didn’t make it past the raider camp / heavy car lot on the DC outskirts.
