I recommend getting used to it all off you may worry about ammo indicator initially and health but you get a feel for it its worth it that plus take things to a more realistic level with Jravens hardcore mod link below,keeps you on your toes not like the silly feeling of taking a barrage of bullets before you go down in the orig "hard" diff+mad wallhack abilities
