Quick video showing a "fatality" in the early arcade revisions of NBA Jam: Tournament Edition. The code is simply to hold up and press pass/steal repeatedly on the team select screen (it's actually 20 times). Once you get on fire in the game, just shove your opponent with Turbo and Pass/Steal. It doesn't work every time you shove them for some reason.
