While the primary fire can be built to a single target powerhouse, what about the tether mode? Can it be built to actually be an effective damage dealer? Darthmufin discusses.

I am not 100% sure if status chance even matters, so 90% elementals might be a better choice to increase the gas procs even more. Fire rate mods can also be replaced with more elemental damage (keep it gas, to avoid other procs) but you will lower the speed at which gas procs happen.
