Ghoul Boss Fight / Geist Boss fight

This boss switches to phisical and eteral (trasparent) form and he's weak to fire.
When he's trasparent hit him with magic (expecially fire magic) and when he's solid
hit him with physical attack (use Tifa or Cloud). Magic in physical form won't affect him
and weapons don't affect him in etereal form.
