FFXIV hotbar fix
7The issue was that everytime you log in to FFXIV, the hotbar and keybinds would revert back to some old setup you had previously and so I've Googled the interwebs on how to fix this issue to no avail BUT figured it out in the end.
It's simple really. The files need to be accessed by the client and modify the config files associated with the hotbar and keybinds. No access = no changes saved = manual set ups every time you game.
The solution? [b]Run as administrator[/b].
Better yet, RMB your .exe file or shortcut, go to Properties, Compatibility and check the "Run this program as Administrator" box. This will ensure future changes will be saved every time you game.
Also, make sure when you've modified your hotbar and keybind set-up in -game to click "Apply" every time to save your changes.
