FGO JP Battle in New York 2019 vs Romulus

Gimmicks: Romulus has 4 timer buffs. They each go down 1 tick for each Roman on the field and gets delayed 3 turns whenever an ally is defeated. When a servant attacks Romulus it becomes Roman for a turn (this counts towards the timer). When a servant on our side is Roman it gains massive NP damage resistance buff, and is hit with any buffs Romulus uses. Additionally, enemies will focus on attacking non-Roman enemies.
Romulus has massive damage resistance to Roman attribute servants. Romulus will cycle through casting buffs on Roman allies (including your servants). He starts with a heal cast on all Romans, then will cast NP charge and NP damage up on all Romans, and finally he will cast attack up on all Romans and restart the cycle.
Romulus' timer buffs: First timer buff is a heal up per turn for himself an all allies and crit damage up for all allies. Second timer buff is crit chance up for himself and all allies. Third timer buff is NP damage up for himself and all allies. Fourth timer buff unknown (to me).
After first Break: Romulus will cast a MASSIVE damage reduction buff for 10 hits (this can be ignored with ignore defense abilities). Either chew through it or ignore it with the right servant.
After second Break: Romulus will cast 10 hit invincibility on himself and if you are Roman you will gain quick up, buster up, arts up, np gain, and star gen up for 5 turns.
Strategy: This is a race against time. Having an AOE Saber to do big damage while clearing adds is a good way to stall the fight while moving forward in it. Hitting Romulus to manipulate who is attacked and when you get buffs is essential.
Alternative strategy: Miyamoto Musashi has built in invincibility pierce and the ability to cleans the Roman debuff from herself. With the right setup (and some card luck) she can 3-turn clear this quest.
Alternative Alternative strategy: Holmes gives ignore defense and ignore invulnerable with his NP. Using this can setup another servant to quickly kill Romulus. -- Watch live at https://www.twitch.tv/thorw
