The quest to find the Fierce Deity outfit and sword can be started by visiting a cave just behind the Foothill Stable where you will receive this note:
"One beneath the bedchamer of Akkala's red-crowned citadel, one in the skull's left eye, one in an old stump in Hyrule Field."
The Fierce Deity Armor is beneath the bedchamer found in the Akkala Citadel Ruins. The Fierce Deity Mask can be found in the skull's left eye at Skull Lake. The Fierce Deity Boots in the old tree trump can be found in the Ancient Tree Stump of Hyrule Field.
