This seems like an unfinished Tsukuru Series project based on characters from the "Tales of" universe. Stahn, Cless, Kratos, Leon, Farah and a slew of other people were put into this project. All I can say is that it shows promise. I do not know if there is a better version out there. This video shows some of the special moves and fighting in the game. The characters are kinda unbalanced, especially Reid (Rid), who is a complete monster with his attacks, but the moves are cool to look at. Some of the characters have strange names. Enjoy.
