Now that the update is here, I can return to making more Fighting EX Layer videos and next up is Vulcano Rosso who was added with this update. I decided to play the Babel deck to show how it's no longer overpowered due to the removal of the Meter Power gougi. However, Rosso still benefits from Babel since he can activate the Desperation gougi quickly. Despite his Sciara del Fuoco teleport doesn't count towards powering up the Desperation gougi, you can still spam the move to active it fast. It's rather interesting that it works this way.
