Fighting For The Win at Silverstone! Traxion TWP in Club Enduro
40It’s Friday, the 19th of August, and Traxion TWP Racing is back at Silverstone. Today, the team is testing for Round 5 of the 2022 Club Enduro Championship.
Both Astley the Mazda and Rick the Lotus have improved pace compared to last year, but a mixture of bad luck and irritating reliability issues have seen a mixed bag of results.
It’s been a tough season for both cars, with the usual blend of excitement, frustration and optimism. Heading into Silverstone, the good news is that Astley is still in the thick of the battle for the Class C title.
Only one point separates Team Astley from the top spot, excluding any drop scores. Even though it’s unlikely, a title fight is still, theoretically, on the cards.
With a tricky test session resulting in a fast car with too much oversteer, can John and Nick wrestle their way to the top step of the podium, or will those pesky BMW’s prove too powerful?
