You can buy level 8 spells in Lufenia. Full-Life and Flare. I personally recommend Flare as it is the strongest Black Magic spell, and it deals non-elemental damage. It's mainly useful for things like boss fights. I never use Full-Life, but it could be useful if you're playing through the game with a low-level party.
