Make sure you get ride of the attack squad first as they cast sleep which can be a pain. Rude is easy, start by casting regen and wall (barrier and mbarrier) and either normal attack him or summon / magic attack him he will run after taking a certain amount of damage, once he gets low on HP he will start casting cure.
To counter this cast reflect on him and he will heal you instead, make sure you don't magic attack him when he as reflect on.
