Fragment #128 - Palladium Ring: Grab the Weapon Material in the underground area (14:55) and return it to Pat (17:00).
Fragment #129 - Osmium Ring: First speak with the Professor (21:05), use Mog to resync the Assistant to get the Monster Analysis Report (23:20). Return it to the Professor to get the fragment (27:30).
Fragment #130 - Ruthenium Ring: (35:15).
Fragment #131 - Rhodium Ring: Speak to Ronin near the graveyard (42:28). Travel to Bresha Ruins 300 AF and inspect the dool near where Ronin was to get the Old Device (44:20). Return to Ronin to get the fragment (45:25).
Fragment #132 - Control Device Password 2: Speak to Porter near the Atlas Device in 100 AF (47:45). Head to 300 AF and speak to the Government Agent in the same area (51:45). Examine the device and solve the puzzle.
Fragment #133 - Control Device Password 1: Speak to Uma where Hope was in Yaschas Massif 100 AF to learn the identity of the missing man (1:04:00). Head to 110 AF and use Mog to resync the man in the small path (1:07:40). Tell him that his name is Thorne to get the password.
Fragment #134 - Adamantite Ring: After getting the fragments Control Device Password 1 & 2, speak to Porter to get the fragment (1:10:28).
