One spell, Electro for example, will do around 135k damage against Adamantoise. 99999 plus all the rest from the long lasting effect of the spell, so pretty powerful indeed.
I used 9 Zu Beak items to create this. This will give you 16 castings and it takes around 30 minutes to farm 9 Zu Beaks, so mught be easiest way.
PS! Wind-Up Lord Vexxos will give you 53 casting, like Hunters Medal, but the potentcy is not nearly as high.
