14This one is just an extra for me, I didn't feel like taking a Lv. 15 or 22 Staravia and training it 12-19 levels. So instead, I searched for an hour at night for a Lv.35 Staravia with a 5% encounter rate lmao
It didn't work out and I ended up waiting for a time when it was a teensy bit easier. I hope y'all enjoy ^_^
