This staff was programmed into the game, but never made available. I used Action Replay to force it out. The beginning shows the activation of the Action Replay code to prove that it's real. This was a great staff in the GBA series and I was looking forward to seeing Bryce kill his own men. Unfortunately, the staff was programmed, but it seems it's effect was not included.
