Y-Man unleashed: I managed to punch 250 times in about six minutes workout getting 90.41 % of max 100 %, I got the maximum of three stars. Burned 112 kcal in 6 minutes 10 sec. That makes 1120 kcal in hour! Or 18.6 kcal per minute. That is counting the intro and such so the punches come well under 6 min... Wow! Excellent exergame!
