How I found the glitch: If you unload and reload the whole map during the Daycare attendant's boss battle, you respawn the friendly one, but also soft lock yourself permanently, due to the generators not being able to turned on. If you try and modify the missions, it doesn't end the battle.
So, if you do this yourself, I am not responsible for that.
