Step 1) Allow the game exe file to your antivirus program (Webroot, bit defender, Avast, Comodo) or Windows security, disable it, still not launching then uninstall it till the time you are playing the game, reinstall or enable antivirus once done playing the game.
Step 2) Repair EAC
Step 3) Verify the game files also update your Windows
Step 4) If you have gaming mouse such as Logitech, then uninstall G Hub Logitech Gaming Software
Step 5) Do a clean installation of graphics driver
