Step 1) Restart PC
Step 2) Try -dx11/-dx12 in the Launch options
Step 3) Unplug my racing wheel, unplug External devices such as hotas, pedals, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected
Step 4) Run the game as an administrator from the game installation folder
Step 5) If you are using any third-party antivirus like Comodo, Avast, AVG, McAfee, Norton, bit defender, then allow the game exe to your antivirus program. Windows Security users allow the game exe file to controlled folder access and firewall
Step 6) Delete config file/save game files (you will lose all the game progress)
Step 7) Perform a clean installation of graphics driver https://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us https://www.amd.com/en/support
Step 6) Run the game on the dedicated graphics card, make sure graphics cards are enabled in device manager
Step 7) Verify the game files
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ChainedTogether\Engine\Extras\Redist\en-us and run the exe file
Step 8) Install Visual C++ Files https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
Step 9) Update Windows
Step 10) Disable Overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, GeForce Experience, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay), close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner. Perform Cleanboot, remove the undervolt
Step 11) Increase the virtual memory
Step 12) Uninstall the game, delete the game folder, restart your PC, and reinstall the game to C Drive/Another SSD
