Here's how to Fix Disconnecting error in VyprVPN for Windows v3. For macOS users, try the following method:

Quit the VyprVPN app.
Press Command+Tab and select Finder, then press Command + Shift + G to bring up the Go To window and type in: /Library/PrivilegedHelperTools.
Drag the VyprVPNService to Trash.
Open Activity Monitor, and locate the VyprVPNservice. Then quit the service.
Empty the Trash bin.
Restart VyprVPN.
