I found this today tinkering with the Game Strania when I came across this app on a github.
This app can be used to render higher resolutions and with 60 fps or more performance on specific games.

1. Make sure to add your config file to the root of where your game exe is located. (Game root directory)

2. Copy over the D3D9.dll located in the package folder MS/x86/D3D9.dll to your game root directory.
