These are some simple steps that maybe helpful for you to Get rid of that annoying lag that may disturb you in the game...

Methods :
1) Update All Drivers
2) Set battery options to Maximum Performance
3) Set Visual Options to Maximum Performance
4) In-Game settings that i have shown
5) Disable background slideshow just set one picture for background.
6) You can download FPS boost cfg for your PC at www.cfgfactory.com
7) You can use Game Booster : RAZER CORTEX
8) Increase Windows paging file size
9) Launching the game through INTEL Command Center
10) Reinstalling the Game

Note : If you experience server lag do not tamper with any settings but if you experience your game lag (fps drop) then follow these steps. All of these steps are not mandatory yet effectiveness is listed from 1-10 if a step does not solve your issue proceed to next. But i believe steps 1-5 (max) will sort it out for you... Step 5 is most important....

I hope that it would solve your problem. Really sorry if it did not solve your problem. As far as i know of these fixes i have told them to you.

Another method if you have a CPU and you are aware of minor connections you can blow air through your CPU and make sure that it is to a level that does not disrupt minor connections sometimes dust tampers with maximum performance of PCs and cause them to slow down...
