The Kingdom Come: Deliverance game takes a long time to load texture mipmaps leading to blurry textures especially on characters so we increase this while also disabling the anti-aliasing and controlling the sharpening resulting in a more visually clean clear graphics with almost no blurriness on the displayed textures and this works for any launcher be it Steam, Epic or no launcher.

Increase the game mipmap LOD value to prevent the game from constantly reloading the mipmaps from the disk
user.cfg commands:
R_sharpening = 0
r_AntialiasingMode 0
r_TexturesStreamingMipBias -3

Command that executes the user.cfg file in launchers: +exec user
