Here's how to Fix Outlook Signature not working on Reply.

There are a few reasons why your Outlook signature might not be working on reply.

* **Your signature might not be enabled.** To check this, go to **File** - **Options** - **Mail** - **Signatures**. Make sure that the **Signatures** box is checked and that the signature you want to use is selected.
* **Your signature might be formatted incorrectly.** Make sure that your signature is saved as a plain text or HTML file. If it is saved as a Rich Text Format (RTF) file, Outlook might not be able to read it.
* **Your signature might be too large.** Outlook has a limit of 256KB for signatures. If your signature is larger than this, Outlook will not be able to add it to your emails.
* **Your signature might be blocked by your email server.** Some email servers block signatures for security reasons. If you think this might be the case, you can contact your email server administrator for more information.

If you have checked all of these things and your signature is still not working, you can try the following:

* **Restart Outlook.** This might clear up any temporary issues that are preventing your signature from working.
* **Create a new signature.** If your old signature is not working, you can try creating a new one.
* **Contact Microsoft support for help.** If you have tried all of the above and your signature is still not working, you can contact Microsoft support for help.

Here are some additional tips to help you avoid problems with your Outlook signature:

* **Keep your signature short and simple.** The shorter and simpler your signature is, the less likely it is to cause problems.
* **Use plain text or HTML formatting.** Avoid using Rich Text Format (RTF) formatting for your signature.
* **Keep your signature under 256KB.** If your signature is larger than 256KB, Outlook will not be able to add it to your emails.
* **Make sure your signature is not blocked by your email server.** If you think your signature might be blocked by your email server, you can contact your email server administrator for more information.

* You can create multiple signatures and choose which one to use based on the recipient or the type of email you are sending.
* You can also add images and other formatting to your signature.
* If you are using a company email account, you may need to get approval from your IT department before adding a signature to your emails.
