Step 1) Delete the .cfg folder and then verify the game files. It will find the folder missing and re-install it.
Step 2) Turn off DLSS override in the Nvidia app
Step 3) Optimize/Revert optimization in Nvidia App
Step 4) Close all the applications running in the background, including browsers like chrome/firefox
Step 5) Rename ACE.BASE.sys file and restart your computer.
Step 6) Start/restart Easy AntiCheat service
Step 7) Try Power saver/balanced/high performance mode, lower down performance core ratio
Step 8) Update Windows, use Fix problems using Windows update option
Step 10) Skip this step if not able to launch the game, If able to launch the game turn off DLSS in the game (OPTIONS/GRAPHICS/NVIDIA DLSS: Set to "OFF"), turn off V Sync, Nvidia reflex, change the GC Buffer to 64 in Options-Experimental
Step 11) Enable/disable “Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling"
Step 12) Run these commands
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
Step 13) Switch to different networks, try mobile hotspot
Step 14) Windows Security users allow the game exe file to controlled folder access and firewall, if you are using any third-party antivirus like Comodo, Avast, AVG , McAfee , Norton, bit defender, then allow the game exe to your antivirus program.
Step 15) Run game as an administrator from the game installation folder, try running the game in compatibility mode.
Step 16) Perform a clean installation of graphics driver.

Step 17) Run the game on dedicated graphics card, desktop users connect the display/HDMI cable to dedicated graphics card slot not the motherboard slot
Step 18) Try -dx11/-dx12 in launch options
Step 19) Unplug external devices such as hotas, pedals, racing wheel, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disable steam overlay, close all the overlay apps (Discord, Nvidia app, Nvidia shadow play overlay, AMD overlay). Do not overclock, set it default, close all the overclocking application MSI Afterburner/Rivatuner, turn off Razer Synapse (razor lighting effects) and MSI Dragon Center, corsair software, close third-party services such as nahimic services/lightingservice.exe etc. in task manager remove the undervolt
Step 20) Update BIOS
Step 21) Uninstall the game, delete the game folder, restart your PC and reinstall the game to C Drive (SSD Drive), if already installed in C drive try installing to another SSD
