This error solution is common for android,tablet,bluestacks and the android operating systems are kitkat,lollipop,marshmallow and nougat also.



This method is works on following android mobile devices like that samsung,asus,asus zenfone,micromax,lenovo,lg,yureka,redmi,gionee,nexus,black berry,google pixel,panasonic,one plus one,htc,htc one,vivo,genymotion,sony xperia,samsung galaxy and note devices.

Solution:

1.Goto your settings - intelligent power savings, here you can untick "az screen recorder".

2.Then goto apps or application management, here you can choose " all " tab.

3.Also click this three dot icon and click to "reset app preferences" option.

4.Then locate " az screen recorder " and click to open it.

5.Here you can click to " move to sd card " option and also click " clear cache" option.

6.once restart/reboot your android mobile, finally the problem is solved.
