How to Fix Video Editor pop up Choose Some Other Files These Files Have Properties That Can't Be Read, So We Couldn't Add Them while adding videos to the video projects
Steps are applicable only if video files are supported and are not corrupt.
Step 1) Repair Video Editor
Step 2) Reset Video Editor
Step 3) Restart your PC
Step 4) Delete the previous video projects and add the video one by one
Step 5) Update Photos App
Step 6) Uninstall and reinstall photos app
Get-AppxPackage *photos* | Remove-AppxPackage

Still receiving the error, restart your PC again, remove previous projects and add the video one by one
