While I paid attention to pollution and its impact on citizens in Cities Skylines II, I failed to consider how it impacts trees and the forestry industry. With trees unable to grow, the forestry industries stopped producing anything, and a MASSIVE change is needed. So an entire neighborhood and industrial area are removed to make way for some positive changes.
