I have made some good changes in the starbases. The first the super fire barrage from the starbase, I have removed it and now you can be closer to it with your starships without lose them by one super shot.

The other change is the reinforces. I have returned to the reinforces idea from the old 4.7B where they were random and bit bigger.

Now I have added it with a improved code and some changes. By example, you do not receive the reinforces in the begining, they need some of time at to be spawned. Of course, you can stop them with a Interdictor.

I removed these reinforces in the past because the old code was a bit tricky but the new code should run without give any big trouble.
