This is my new design for a GC by stages. In the begining, you start with one planet and you can access a limited amount of planets, when you conquer most of them, a part from the locked planets will be unlocked but.........most of the previously conquered planets will be put at neutral and they will be locked.

This is the main difference with my other versions from a by stages GC. Now, there will be just a small amount of planets in active.

Other points is how there is a special station which it gets you more population if you need it and how you can not attack a locked planet but you can cross the galaxy over them. Thanks to this, you can access to all the unlocked planets without problems.
