This is, at the time of upload, a bit of an old run, set on May 5th 2021. As it often happens in Speedrunning, I intended to beat this run, and sort of expected to do it relatively soon, but I couldn't manage to come up with an improvement after a few weeks of attempts, and decided to let this run stand as the Current World Record for now.

This run makes use of a newly found "Scroll Glitch", which manipulates the game's loading mechanism for off-screen tileset, essentially allowing Real Time runners to manipulate the level layout in their favor. The way it works is pretty complex, but to simplify, by turning around on certain frames right before a certain set of blocks attempts to load, the game "misses" loading that tileset for a while, and by doing enough of those turnarounds it's possible to permanently get a glitched tileset, which can lead to skips. In this run, I went for this glitch in two instances, both in Level 5 (Stages 13 & 14).
