Disclaimer: this is not any official rating, it is created by me and explained below. Feel free to discuss and give ideas how to improve it for next iteration.

Aim was to take in consideration fact that in the past seasons had less races and drivers careers tend to be shorter:
1. Point system: current (without fastest lap) 25-18-15-12-10-8-6-4-2-1
2. All half point included (not full races, or drivers sharing cars during race - common in 1950s)
3. Each race points adjusted to 15 races per season (if season has less than 15 races each race gives slightly more points, if more than 15 each race gives less)
4. Each drivers result adjusted to 5 season (if driver races for more than 5 season he gets slightly less points if more that 5 season slightly more)
5. Each world championship +250 points (10 standard wins)
