***About my activities after the start of Youtube's new policy (2018 February.)
Thank you for watching my TAB movies.
There is something I want to tell the audience.
now, the new Youtube policy will start from the end of February.
Based on the New Policy, the activity of this channel may be assessed as a channel that is uncooperative and unable to generate revenue for Youtube.
My channel is a channel with no revenue.
Not being able to generate revenue is not a big problem, but the fear that the video will be deleted can not be denied.
First of all it seems I have to achieve 1,000 subscribers.
However, judging from the nature of the movie, I think it is difficult to achieve 4000 hours of playback time.
Im thinking about Youtube-independent activity policy, but it is actually not in shape.
I do not feel like stopping the activity, but if I can set out a good direction so that the burden of time and money does not occur too much,
I will report again.

2018年2月 Youtube新規約以降の活動について
2018年2月20日からYoutubeの新規約に基づいたパートナープログラムが開始されます。
新規約に基づくとこのチャンネルはYoutubeにとって、非協力的かつ収益を生み出さないチャンネルとして査定される可能性が大きいです。
現状では収益がないチャンネルですが、収益停止だけでなく動画の性質から削除される可能性が否定できなくなってきました。
アレンジ曲、アレンジ譜というものは著作権上取扱いがシビアで、著作権包括契約がなかった過去にはそれぞれの楽曲で著作権の確認を行うようなことをしていた経緯もございます。
笹子重治様やコーコーヤメンバー様のように個人の問合せにご対応いただける方は中々おらず、
個別の著作者様にご連絡することが難しいことが明白です。
それら個別対応の必要が再度ぶり返す可能性が否定できなくなってきたからです。
新規約では 1000人の登録者と1年で 4000時間という条件を提示しています。
しかし当チャンネルではそれの達成は難しいと判断せざるを得ません。
Youtubeに依存しない形で、時間や金銭に負担がかからない活動方法が生み出せればいいのですが、現状ではご報告できることはありません。
2月20日以降どのようになるか分かりませんが、
