FRFF Interview: Mira Hamour & Tent Cities
Project-Nerd recently attended another amazing Colorado Festival Production in Longmont; the Front Range Film Festival.
One of the many filmmakers attending was Mira Hamour with her documentary Tent Cities. Tent Cities details the struggle many Syrian refugee children around the world face in not having access to basic education; becoming a barrier to them growing up to be literate, self-sufficient, contributing members of their society. Mira spoke with Kerry about the film and the actual refugee struggle.
