In the Beta there was an occasional bug which if a player died in the previous mission, they'd respawn naked without an I.D. card and therefore unable to access parts of the Sub - I think the quickest fix was to respawn again in mission and accept the money loss.

Having completed the game (Campaign) since it was "finished" I didn't encounter the same bug again so it appears to be fixed.
