Funimation and Crunchyroll Merge Streaming Service | The End of Funimation?
2,442With a story that spans back to 2015 - 2016 with Funimation and Crunchyroll partnering together to bring us anime.... to 2017 Funimation being bought out by Sony. Effectively ending the partnership between the two companies. Its been a rollercoaster of events to this very day. Like AT&T Selling Crunchyroll to Sony. Which might as well be a Monopoly of Anime Content. Today on March 1st 2022, Funimation is moving their entire catalogue of anime content to Crunchyroll. Does this mean the end of Funimation?
