Rank is based on player power level, current area so used continue or just dying does not decrease rank.

- ABOUT CO OP MODE RANK -
IN co op Rank will be based on player who survived longer than other player.
which means if 1p is survived longer than 2p then meet rank increase condition the rank will be increased.

in contrast if 2p meet rank increase condition rank won't increase due to the low survival time than 1p.

not only that the longer survived player is easily targeted by every enemy attack and can select any area or zone.
