7PROFESSOR BASTARDLY decides that the only real way to make money these days is in financial planning - specifically with regards to running a city, since there's so much cream to be whipped off at the top. But that does rather entail having a city to begin with, and to that end, he now finds himself having to create a city from scratch in EAs most controversial Sim title to date, in 'SIMCITY'.
Will the Professor manage a sprawling city? Will he earn those millions he's always dreamed of? Or will he simply end up face down in a gutter of his own manufacture?
