Games Journalists Need To Stop! ❌ Stray Is Racist!?
51Is Stray Racist!? Ah, "peak games journalism," LeeWeeGee here and I normally don't make videos like this and avoid gaming journalism like the plague, but since I'm playing the Stray and I love asian culture I thought I'd touch on my thoughts and opinions on the matter. I also bring up some past hypocrisy of why I really dislike games journalism. When I play video games I think of them as a fun escape from the real world. When game journalists play games they try to make real world issues out of something that its not. The world is divided enough without games journos taking a cute cat game and trying to say it's appropriating culture. Look at Ghost of Tsushima and how well it did and how well loved it is in Japan, but yet the western journalists were "outraged" for people that it didn't bother. Games Journalists need to stop! This game is NOT racist or appropriating culture, my goodness! If anything I wish more games would share cultures more either in a real world way or fictional way. We need to come together and love each other.

I personally miss my gaming magazines back when they were talking about games only! Not every game is political and if it does contain politics it's fictional and within that world. No need to compare some irrelevant political hot take to a video game review just because you're triggered for the people that aren't upset and want to stay relevant with click bait. Not all games journalists are bad and there's lots of good ones, but for every good one we have there's nine bad ones making the good one look bad.
