7If you lived through the 1980s you probably remember playing the NES title Bomberman. If you are old enough, and your parents had enough money, you may even remember playing Bomberman in 1983 when it was released on the early home computers like the MSX.

But, if 1985 was the year you marked on your calendar when you became a full born gamer, bomberman was a well crafted, impossibly hard, title for the Nintendo Entertainment System (The NES). The title was ported to the super Famicom in a 72 hour marathon session and sold a million copies.
Today, we look at Super Bomberman R compared against the original single-player Bomberman title. The new title lets us run an 8 player over-the-internet gaming session or a 4 player local gaming session where the classic was single player only.
