Don't take my terrible play-through as an accurate indication of this game's length; Gargoyle's Quest is actually very short and kind of sweet. Definitely an interesting artifact and I'd still consider it one of the Game Boy's finest. Should you rush out and buy it, cart or emulated? Eh. I...hmm...depends? It is fun and quite playable, even for a Game Boy game, so if that's what you're looking for, go for it. If you're looking for a wholly original, mind-blowing experience, yeah, you're not going to find that here.
